How will my bike be delivered?
All bikes are shipped in sturdy, specialized cartons. To ensure safe transit, bikes arrive 85% assembled. You will need to install the handlebars, front wheel, pedals, and saddle using the included toolkit and assembly guide.
What is your return policy for bicycles?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you change your mind, you can return your bike in its original, unassembled condition and packaging for a full refund or exchange, excluding shipping costs.
Do Reid bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, every Reid bike comes with a lifetime warranty on the frame and rigid forks, plus a 2-year warranty on all non-consumable parts. This covers manufacturing defects but excludes general wear and tear.
How do I choose the right size bike?
We provide a comprehensive size chart on every product page. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for a more agile ride or sizing up for increased stability. Our customer service team is also available for personalized fit advice.
What payment methods do you accept?
